ºÚÁϳԹÏÍøhas reviewed its programs using the federal  to identify which fields of study may qualify for a Post-Graduation Work Permit (PGWP).

Important Information:

• Due to the high volume of international applications received, you can expect to receive updates regarding application status within 6 - 8 weeks from the date your application is submitted.
• The evaluation process is approximately 6 to 8 weeks from the evaluation date evaluations begin listed above.  Timeframes may vary depending on the number of applications received. 
• All applications received are time and date stamped on completion which sets the priority for the evaluation process. Evaluation decisions will be issued by email only once the evaluation is completed. 
• Evaluations are completed on a campus-specific program basis.  Applications and admission offers are not transferrable between campuses, programs or intakes. 

Deposit, Tuition, and Fee Payment Schedules

These changes to our international tuition and fee payment schedule follow recently announced Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) requirements regarding study permit applications. They are necessary for ºÚÁϳԹÏÍøto maintain accurate enrolment information for program planning and scheduling purposes and will ensure that waitlisted applicants are notified as early as possible of potential seat openings.

Please Note:

• There are no exceptions or extensions. If Confirmation Deposits #1 and # 2 are not received by due dates, your application will be withdrawn, and you will need to re-apply to ºÚÁϳԹÏÍøfor a future intake.
• For details on how to make payments to your student account visit our Payment Options page.
• Applicants withdrawn due failure to pay first term tuition and fees by the deadline are not eligible for a refund of the non-refundable payment #1 ($1,500.00 CAD), as identified in the fee tables above. Applicants may be eligible for a refund of any payments made exceeding payment #1.
• Please visit our Refunds webpage for information on requesting a refund.

Conditional Documents Deadlines

All applicants that have been conditionally accepted to their program are required to send in final documents by the deadlines listed below to complete their acceptance. Please see examples below of the types of documents required and the deadlines to provide them to admissions.

• A final transcript of marks with proof of graduation
• English Language Requirements
• Proof of required subjects

International applicants who require a provincial attestation letter (PAL), please visit our Important Information for International Applicants page and review the Provincial Attestation Letter () Information.

Proof of Study Permit Approval Deadline

International students studying at a Canadian post-secondary institution require a valid study permit approved by Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC).
